This is 1 bed 1 bath rental within a spacious 2 bed 2 bath home. You'll have your own private bedroom and bathroom accessible via the main open concept kitchen-dining-living area. I live and work on the property on the back of of the house. The accessible laundry area doubles as my office.
This is a stylish and comfortable stay, perfect for your short trip to LA. Longer stays are also available. Hyde Park is centrally located, yet removed from the bustle of Los Angeles. Close to LAX, all major highways and the coastal regions. My retriever dog, Lola, welcomes all guests and loves having a visitor!

Hyde Park is a diverse, lively and rapidly growing neighborhood in south Los Angeles. Centrally located, it’s easy to access all areas of the city. Neighbors are friendly and you’ll cross many familiar faces out walking their pups or taking their kids to one of the nearby schools.

Street parking is easy to find within steps of the property. This area does require a vehicle as the walkability score is low and the area is still up and coming. There is a Tesla charger on site should you need to charge.
